As an experienced manager you will lead the Scientific Evaluation of Regulated Products (REPRO) Department implementing EFSA's vision and stimulating cooperation and partnership with different organisations and stakeholders at international level.
We are looking for a dedicated management professional with experience in organising and improving large and complex processes aiming at delivering top class services to stakeholders.
As an experienced manager the successful candidate will:
* Lead and manage the REPRO Department ensuring it fulfills its mission in line with the regulatory and financial framework within a multifaceted political and human capital environment;
* Provide intellectual, strategic and operational leadership in developing and continuously improving work processes;
* Act as a champion of innovation and changes;
* Develop talent and shape the organisational culture required to deliver EFSA's strategy;
* Fuel cooperation and enable partnership with a wide range of stakeholders and external bodies;
* Contribute to enhance the reputation of EFSA by fostering the highest level of integrity, independence, responsiveness and overall transparency in the provision of excellence in scientific output.

The successful candidate will report to the Executive Director of EFSA.
