IUNS-ICN Message

On behalf of the International Union of Nutritional Sciences, the Japan Society of Nutrition and Food Science, and the Japanese Society of Nutritional Dietetics, we welcomed to all of you to the 22nd International Congress of Nutrition in Tokyo, Japan. While we regret that the COVID pandemic prevented us from holding the conference in 2021, we are pleased that the congress proceeded in 2022, and so many were able to attend. We also had the opportunity to add an innovative hybrid dimension to the congress, which enabled us to reach a wider audience.
