En este documento, la EFSA ha proporcionado asesoramiento científico sobre el establecimiento de niveles máximos tolerables de ingesta (UL) para las vitaminas y minerales. El conjunto de UL establecidos por la EFSA, apoyará a la Comisión Europea y a los Estados miembros en el establecimiento de niveles máximos de nutrientes autorizados en los alimentos enriquecidos y suplementos alimenticios.
